The Wilderness Awaits, Lovely as a Tree and Hardwood

This card uses the Duck from
The Wilderness Awaits and the trees and Oak leaf come from Lovely as a Tree
the background has been created with a direct to paper technique using ink and a sponge
I actually made a mistake initially in the foreground so had to cut it away which is how I came to design the pond effect and then added the Duck
the sentiment is also from The Wilderness Awaits set
I layered a section to the left of the card with a piece I had stamped with the Hardwood background then I inked a bit more colour onto it to tone in with the card scenery.  hope you like it!

High Tide

I made this card for a friend of mine who is very poorly
I created the background of the card by inking it up with various inks and a sponge to create a sea, sky and land scene then used the stamps from High Tide to add the birds, grasses, ripples on the sea and extra details to the waters edge
I then inked up the sentiment from the same set and added it to the card using dimensionals to add a little height
I really love this set and can see me using it many many times

Hardwood and Day at the Beach

I made this card using the Hardwood background and the Day at the Beach Stamps
I stamped the background in Smokey Slate then inked it with some chocolate chip and Crumb Cake

I nipped some out of the top between the lines to create a picket fence then cut a sign freehand from the same background on which I hand wrote the "Beach This Way "
I stamped three of the designs from Day at the Beach coloured them and then cut them into squares
I then layered them up on the card at the bottom using dimensionals

makes me want to go to the beach now
luckily I live near Hayling Island so can be at the beach in 20 minutes!!

Hardwood and Hey Chick with Sentiment from Designer Tee

I made this card for a friend of mine using the free Hey Chick stampset and the Hardwood background stamp
I had seen a similar idea on Pintrest but changed it up a bit
The happy birthday sentiment is also from a free set called Designer Tee
I used Smokey slate for the hardwood stamping

Beautiful You and Oh So Succulent bundle

I die cut the largest oval from the stitched shapes framelets then stamped the lady from Beautiful You onto it. I then coloured it in with ink and a waterbrush
I then drew around the Oval with a pencil onto the card front and stamped leaves and flowers from the O So Succulent set around the outside of the pencil lines
I also die cut a few flowers from the set, its so great being able to cut the stamped images out with the matching dies! for best results use the magnet plate with your Big Shot
I inked the edge of the oval then layered it over the stamping with dimensionals and then added the extra three flowers with dimensionals
I then added the mothers day sentiment from the O So Succulent set

Dragonfly Dreams bundle again

I have die cut one of the intricate dragonflies for this card and added some wink of stella
I have layered it up on some more of the free designer series paper from the saleabration event which I have inked with a sponge
I then layered up one of the sentiments and made it into a little banner

Picture Perfect

I used the picture perfect stampset to create this little scene
I had run out of Rose Red cardstock so I just inked the edges of the mat with the Rose Red ink so that it matched in with my flowers
this stampset has three step stamping for the Rose and the Humming Bird so you can have fun switching up the colours
I have used garden green and always artichoke and rose red and cherry cobbler for the leaves and roses
I have used Bermuda bay, Island Indigo and Night of Navy with a little Calypso Coral for the throat of my humming bird
the sentiment is from the same set and I have used the decorative label punch to cut it out and lifted it up with dimensionals
I then added a few crystals to finish it off

Custom Tee and Tie Dyed

 I took these stampsets away camping with me last weekend just in case I had time to have a play in between adventures
I really enjoyed using the stamps to make my own designer series paper
I stamped the sentiment onto the Tee shirts then die cut them with the matching dies
The sentiments are from the same set and I have just made them into a little banner

Dragonfly Dreams bundle

I think I'm in love with the dragonfly dreams bundle I have always loved dragonflies and this stampset is so fabulous
I have stamped the dragonfly and cut it out with the die then added wink of stella to the wings
The background is some of the free saleabration designer series paper which I have stamped and then inked up with a sponge
I added the dragonfly with some dimensionals

Picture Perfect

I have used the picture perfect stampset with a direct to paper inking technique to achieve the sand and sea with a little addition of some spots from the Awesomely Artistic stamp set the sentiment is also from the Picture Perfect I have to admit I saw something similar on Pintrest can't remember who by though sorry!

Awesomely Artistic

I made this card using Awesomely Artistic
I have only used three colours of ink but used 2nd generation stamping to lighten the colours of the Rose Red ink
the dragonfly is stamped using Always Artichoke

Wetlands and High Tide

This card was made using the Wetlands and the High Tide stamp set

I have used the inkpads to create the background in a direct to paper technique then used ink and a sponge to create more details
The sentiment is also from the Wetlands set
The grasses are from both sets

From Land to Sea

The Turtle from Land to Sea stamp was used here to create a Thinking of you card
The background was a directly dragged from an inkpad and the spots were from the Awesomely Artistic stamp set and the sentiment was from the Wetlands set on a die cut piece from the Special reason bundle

Dragonfly Dreams Bundle

I used the Dragonfly Dreams bundle along with the Hexagons textured embossing folder to create this card for my oldest friend on losing her mum a very sad occasion but I didn't want to just send an ordinary sympathy card

High Tide Stamps

Used the High Tide stamps today loved being able to build the scene anyway I like it
uses two step stamping for the lighthouse I can see me using this one a great deal

special Reason stampset

I used the Special Reason Bundle to create this card with the addition of some dots from my fave stamp set Gorgeous Grunge
I added some fussy cutting of the large flower to add some dimension
